Construction Transmission line Between Dubair Khwar HPP and Dasu HPP TL

It is envisage that during project construction about 25 MW power will be required. To meet this requirement of power three alternatives were considered such as (i) installation of thermal power plants, (ii) construction of small hydropower project along small tributary near the project Area/site and (iii) construction of transmission line between Dubair Khwar Hydropower Project which would be in operation next year near Dasu Hydropower Project site.

After detailed analysis, it was concluded that construction of transmission line between Dubair and Dasu is the most economical and reliable, because the Dubair is already connected to national grid at Manshera. Therefore it is planned that before start of construction transmission line between Dubair and Dasu would be constructed. The budget required for this activity is given in approved PC-1 of the project.
